I HAVE A DENTAL EMERGENCY, CAN I SEE SOMEONE TODAY?
If you are a DPAS dental plan patient then please telephone the practice on 01480 466466 as soon as possible.
We will do everything can to help you. The earlier in the day that you ring, the more likely we are to be able to see you that day.
When you call please listen to the answer message carefully. It will let you know how to proceed.
WHY DO WE OFFER A DENTAL PLAN?
The main reason we offer a dental plan is because so many patients have asked us to. It gives you the opportunity to spread the cost of your preventive dental care and also benefit from the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme.
For the practice it means that we can plan your regular dental care more effectively than if you continued on a ‘pay as you go’ basis.
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF JOINING THE PLAN?
It is much easier to spread the cost of your preventive dental care with monthly payments. It also gives you the peace of mind of being covered by the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme. and access to a 24-hour helpline. Our plan is managed and administered by specialist dental plan administrator, DPAS Limited.
HOW DO YOU JOIN OUR PLAN?
Joining is very simple. All you have to do is complete a registration form for us and Direct Debit mandate and authorisation form for DPAS. In addition to your first monthly payment, an initial registration fee of £10 per person will be payable by you to DPAS and will be included in your first Direct Debit payment. If you choose to leave the plan for any reason you can do so by simply giving us one month’s notice.

I HAVE PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE CAN I USE IT TO PAY FOR MY TREATMENT?
We are able to provide you with an invoice for any treatment that you have had with us, but we are unable to charge a private health care plan directly.
WILL MY INSURANCE COVER MY VISIT?
As above, we are unable to charge to private health policies directly other than our own DPAS dental plan. We are happy provide you with an invoice you for any treatment that you have with us but would recommend that you check with your insurer directly before going ahead to make sure that you are covered.
DO YOU OFFER FINANCING OPTIONS?
We are unable to offer finance packages for treatment at present but this is something that we may be offering in the future.
