Absolutely! With our "pay-as-you-go" option, you can pay for treatments as you need them—no strings attached. We’ll always give you a clear cost estimate before starting any treatment. However, our Dental Plan offers additional benefits including regular check-ups, easy monthly payments, and discounts on treatments. Whether you choose the plan or pay-as-you-go, we’re here to provide top-notch care tailored to you.

We can provide an invoice for any treatment, but we can't charge private health care plans directly. To use your dental insurance, please complete our application form to be seen as a Private Patient.

We cannot charge private health policies directly, except for our DPAS dental plan. We can provide you with an invoice for any treatment, but please check with your insurer to ensure coverage before proceeding.

We are unable to offer finance packages for treatment at present but this is something that we may be offering in the future.

Joining our plan can be done online or in person a the practice with our Reception team. Here’s a quick overview: A £10 registration fee per person is included in your first payment. After three monthly payments, you can book your first full examination with scale and polish and from then you will see your dentist every six months. Membership is for a minimum of 12 months from the first payment. After the initial term membership can be cancelled with one month’s notice. Need help? Many of our patients have been attending The Old Grammar School since they were small children and it can be tricky finding a new dentist in your new University or College town. So with that in mind we have created a Student Plan which means that you can continue to visit your usual dentist twice a year and we are happy to arrange those appointments around the holidays. Now some bad news - if you are 18 we do need you to take responsibility for booking your own appointments and communicating with the practice directly. So it's time to relieve your mum or dad of that job and let us have your direct contact details. However, the good news is that if your parents already have a dental plan with us, adding you to their monthly payments is a simple and quick process. We just need them to email our Reception team giving their permission and your account can be set up and sorted. Details of our dental plans can be found here.
