NHS PATIENTS

PRACTICE UPDATE: The practice NHS list is currently full. We review and update this status on a monthly basis.

NHS Dental Check-up

In order to be considered a current patient of the practice and have access to our NHS dental service, we request that individuals commit to attending the surgery at least twice per year for a check-up. This will enable us to properly monitor and look after the health of your mouth and teeth with the goal of preventing emergencies in the future.

We reserve the right to turn away any person who has not attended the practice in over 15 months. All dental check-ups are booked on a rolling 6-month basis so please ensure that you confirm your next appointment with us either when you are in the surgery or when offered an appointment via email. For our policy on NHS Registration please click here.

Dental Emergencies

If you have a dental emergency and require NHS treatment then we will be happy to help you, but this service is only available if you have attended the practice for a dental check-up within the last 15 months.

To request this assistance:

2. Wait for the surgery to contact you.
