What should I do if I have a dental emergency?
We have a number of dental emergency appointments available each day which are available to book through our website. I have a dental emergency but am away from home, what can I do?
Patients who are members of our plan have access to the Worldwide Dental Emergency Scheme. This offers emergency callout and treatment for the purpose of immediate pain relief or following a dental trauma.

What should I do if I have an urgent dental problem but I also have a cold sore?
If your dental issue is urgent, such as severe pain or infection, contact our reception to discuss your situation. They will advise you on the best course of action and take necessary precautions during your visit.
